Wall Series
This sequence is a lovely practice to adopt before bed. Putting our legs up the wall is incredibly nourishing to our parasympathetic nervous system, which is exactly what we need for an incredible sleep. I paired on a few extra poses into this sequence to get your body fully restored for even more benefit! If you already know getting your legs up the wall doesn’t work in your body, please watch this video anyways as I do offer alternatives.
